At Reshu’s Resin Art, every piece is carefully handmade, packed, and prepared with love. Since many of our products are handmade and may require additional preparation time, please read the following shipping information before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after payment is successfully received.
For customised or personalised resin artworks, processing may take longer depending on the design, materials, curing time, and level of customisation. The estimated completion time will be communicated to you at the time of order.
Please note that resin products require adequate curing time before they can be safely packaged and shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping/tracking information where available.
Estimated delivery times within India are generally:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Other locations: 4–8 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather conditions, holidays, public events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, where applicable.
Any applicable shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the order qualifies for a promotional free shipping offer.
4. Packaging
Because resin artworks can be delicate, we take extra care when packaging your order.
Products are securely packed using appropriate protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. However, once the package has been handed over to the courier, delays or mishandling during transit may be beyond our direct control.
5. Damaged Products
We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs and/or videos of the package before opening it, if possible.
- Take photographs of the product and packaging after opening.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs/videos.
This will allow us to assess the damage and coordinate with the courier company where necessary.
Claims submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct:
- Name
- House/Flat number
- Street/Area
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Contact number
Reshu’s Resin Art will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we work with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur.
Reshu’s Resin Art is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or transportation disruptions
- Public holidays
- Courier-related delays
- Incorrect address or contact information
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised resin products are made specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
Because these products are created especially for you, they may require additional processing and curing time. Once production has started, customised orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
9. International Shipping
At present, shipping availability may vary by destination. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping availability and applicable charges.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
